want to put your foot down, just kind of lift your toes up a little bit. So you're just
stretching out the bottom of your foot and all along the toes. And just hold it up for
a bit. Just breathe. Nice, deep breaths. Okay. The other thing you want to look at is your
shoes. If you have this all the time, it's possible that your shoes are too small. If
you're squishing your toes in, you know, anything that's got a pointed toe in the front can
cause pain in your feet, the bottoms of your feet. Alright? Now, you can also lift up your
foot up and down. You can take a massage ball or a tennis ball and massage your foot underneath
there. I don't have one today, but just to give you guys, you know, things you can do
to slowly work on the bottom of the foot. I find a ball is actually a little bit too
hard for me. The bottoms of my feet get very sensitive because I stand on them a lot. I
do get numbness in my heels, especially after I've been standing doing all day editing.
So just massaging them underneath. Then what you can do is take a rolled up towel. You
just want to elevate your ankles a little bit. Alright? Now, I've also got these toe
spreaders. So I'm just going to put those on. Now, these ones are made of a very soft,
