Welcome to Shibari 201.

Today, we're going to focus on two traditional shibari ties, the first being the futamomo, which is called the fat leg or fat thigh.

The second will be a very basic lacing pattern that we'll do on the legs.

This will build on the ties that we learned in the first video series, Shibari 101, which was the single and double column tie.

Today, we're going to focus on the futamomo, the fat thigh technique.

First, find your bite. Then, make a single column tie around your bottom's ankle.

We want to make sure that this single column tie is not too tight around the ankle, so we're able to fit one to two fingers between the leg and the rope.

We make one lock, and then we pass the rope through the bite.

Next, you want to take your bottom's foot and bring the heel towards the box.

Using your leg, take these two lines and I grab them together.

I bring the rope around my finger, and I pull it through this hole here, taking up tension.

I come down underneath the leg. I bring the leg to the outside.

I grab both of these lines, bring the rope around, pulling it through and under, coming up again, grabbing both of these lines,
