Good morning, everybody.
I'm gonna do a flow today to get my body moving.
So, right now I'm going to show you...
It feels like it doesn't quite go down to the current.
Well, that's what two and a half months of schooling does when you're looking down

What does your body need today?
Now I can recommend the basic stuff
Neck rotation shoulder stretch
Twisting
Deep breathing relaxing
So that I'll, you know, think that...
That you should do every practice.
as well as add what you need for your mom.
You always want to stretch the hamstrings.
that stretches your lower back.
But you can do lots of other things while you're doing that too.
You can work on your toes, just by moving each toe.
And if you've got frozen feet and you don't know it, all of a sudden you're going to be
like, "I didn't know my toes were frozen."
But since I've started doing...
Just individual toe work and bending my toes down.
I'm discovering I'm getting a little more mobility in the bottoms of my feet.
They aren't as sore when I stand on them all day.
So just take time, make it your own stretch.
Try to do 15, 20 minutes.
