Welcome to Naked in the Kitchen with Ginger Peritard, the hairiest woman on earth, not
to brag. And today I am treating myself to some fresh, never frozen, rainbow trout. So
I was just craving it and then I wasn't going to do it. And then I was like, you know what?
I deserve a treat. So fuck it. We're having rainbow trout with asparagus and quinoa. Yes,
quinoa again. And I'm so excited. So let's get started. I'm going to start out by making
the quinoa because I haven't done that yet. So let's check out my little pot here that
I'm going to cook it in. And just get started with that at least. A couple of measuring
cups. So we're going to start out with two cups of agua is what we're going to do there.
And then that's going to go right in here. Two cups. Get that boiling. And then we're
going to do quinoa. I just made a ton of quinoa the other day and I'm not done yet. You know?
Oh man, do I even have a cup? Oh, I hope I have a cup. We might be a little bit scant
on the quinoa. Let's find out. Let's find out. Oh, geez. It's only like half a cup.
Should I do rice instead? I was kind of planning on having quinoa. You know what? Maybe I'll
just finish this quinoa and just make less than I was planning on making. So instead
of doing two cups, we'll do just over a cup, let's say. So we'll hold back about a cup.
