Learn how to build a powerful connection of intimacy with your partner by using a variety of transitions in your rope bondage. This tutorial uses the simplest of rope techniques to create a rope scene, and focuses on context rather than the mechanics of specific ties. With Tifereth as his model, rigger Cannon shows how to use breath, touch, body manipulation, tension, and above all, rope transitions, to create a deeply connective bondage experience. Requires three 25-30 ft. long ropes, about quarter-inch diameter (8m long by 5mm diameter).

Hi, my name is Ken. Today with my partner Tipareth, we're going to be exploring the
topic of connection and rope bondage. A couple things before we get started. This
class is intended for rope bondage practitioners who have already made
themselves familiar with the basics of rope bondage, especially safety, as that's
not a topic I'm going to be covering in detail in this class. Please go ahead and
make yourselves comfortable. You're going to need a partner that you can work with
for this one. So this path is characterized by three components. One,
connection of course. Two, intention. And three, transition. Let's go ahead and
begin. Tipareth, if you'd be willing to join us.
First, let's talk about connection.
In this moment, we become fully focused on each other and ready to communicate.
It's that sense of mindfulness shared between us just by doing this.
Are they nervous?
Excited?
Distracted?
What can you do perhaps to eliminate distractions?
No need for any rope here yet.
This is just about a touch connection. Taking time to breathe with each other.
Maybe a little bit of movement.
Now pick up your rope and apply some pressure. There we go.
Follow along with me at home with your partner.
See what you can learn now through the rope.
