Well, good morning and welcome to today's stretching.

Sorry I haven't been on for a little while.

Just a lot of time to go right now with summer and changing my routines.

I changed a few things with my uploads, going through unboxing content, and it's just been really, really busy.

I still work out every day and I encourage you guys to do the same thing.

So let's continue on.

You guys know I'm working on my hips and keeping them, you know, you got to keep moving.

If you're starting to see that I'm getting sore, that's your body saying, "Hey, look, I need to get moving."

So let's just start with stretching out the inner thighs and the hamstrings.

Stretch.

Just kind of move wherever you are. Everybody's in a different spot, a different, well, our

bodies are all different so we all move differently and of course the things that you do to your

body affect how you are. So if you're taking a lot of pills, if you're drinking a lot,

if you're smoking a lot of *****, that's going to really affect your system and how your

body's moving. So try to remember to do natural. Natural, whenever you're feeling pain, that's

when you need to get up and start moving. Not pop your pills and do stuff like that.

All right, so let's get the legs moving here. Down into just kind of a ******* pose. Stretch down.
