Welcome. Today I'm going to just continue on with my splits training.

So I'm just going to warm up a little bit here.

I'm noticing a big difference in my hips as far as opening.

It's kind of throwing my posture off a bit.

That's to be expected because we're changing how we stand and it's opening everything up.

So it's definitely going to change my posture, which is what I wanted to do.

So I'm a little bit tender through the back of my hips.

And like I said, I think that's normal and to be expected.

So I'm just going to keep doing, keep going.

See what happens.

I'm like you guys, you know, like when I started I didn't have any mobility.

The key is to just keep doing it, to do it daily.

I'm trying to teach you guys how to be flexible, but I'm also working on my own flexibility

and opening up my hips more.

Now these are good just for getting the mobility going.

I'm going to do some side work here.

I'm going to turn this way.

Get a little bit of cardio.

When you're lifting your legs,

And then back to center.

And I'm just going to do a shake on the side, squatting down, coming back up, squeezing

the legs.
