So hamstring stretch. Basically this is the best stretch to stretch out your hamstrings.
If you've got tight hamstrings, you're going to have hip pain, lower back pain. So just
lean forward, you're going to put your hands on your knees. You want to lift your toes
and then drop them down. That puts a natural arch in your foot and grounds your feet properly.
So you're holding all the weight on your heels. You want to push the shoulder blades down
and back. And let the glutes be tight and the legs tight and the core squeezed. And
if this is as far as you can go, you can maybe come down onto your elbows. If you are just
starting out and you can't go down any further, use a couch, use a table, use the counter.
Wherever you are, you want to stretch out those hamstrings. So you're going to bend
your knees slightly, and then lift your toes to ground your feet. And you're just going
to let your body come down at its own pace. So just close your eyes and breathe. And pretty
soon you're going to drop down. Okay, from here we're going to go down farther if you're
able to. You can use the wall to do this. And we're going to work on lifting and lowering
the feet. Simple as that. You're just very gently stretching out that back. Getting the
