Hi my loves, welcome back to my youtube channel. Today we are going to be targeting lower back
pain. Now there are number of reasons why you will be getting lower back pain but I
am going to jot down 3 reasons why. Number 1 is because your glutes are too weak. That
means whatever you do no matter how many squats you are doing, your glutes are still weak.
You are not engaging your glutes. If you are not engaging your glutes, direct pain goes
on to your lower back. This is number 1. Number 2 is if you are overworking your glutes and
not stretching it out. So that means because your glutes are extremely tight no matter
what exercises you are doing, it is directly going to go on to your lower back. Now number
3 is if you are not engaging your core muscles. If you are not engaging your core muscles
and you are hyper extending your lower back and doing everything, your pain and pressure
is going to go on to your lower back. These are the main reasons why your lower back could
be hurting. If you check these, great. And if you try and correct all of these things,
it will be better for your lower back pain. However, you could just be getting lower back
