and relax down. You're going to feel that warming up on the outside of the legs.
Alright, now we're going to lie down and we're just going to push up into bridge.
And we're going to just pulse up. Push through the heels.
Last one, and lower down, bring your knees in, and stretching out that, all those muscles.
Alright, let's put the leg up, and push up.
You're going to feel that in your abdominals as well as your upper thighs.
And if you're really pushing out, you're going to feel it at the back of your legs.
Let's take a break.
You can move your head left and right.
Nice deep breaths.
Bring the legs up.
We're going to do another set.
And again, we're going to push up and just pulse it up.
I'm just going to stretch the back of the calves out.
Just allow yourself to relax here.
Bring your feet down.
And we're going to do another set.
And switch sides.
And we're done.
Pull back up.
And we're going to lay back down and do those pulses again.
