In today's video we're going to do a little more side stretching
today I'm sitting on the floor and
So continuing on with
Where we were so you can sit cross-legged
If you can't get your legs cross-legged you can sit with your feet out

Whatever works for you. I like to sit cross-legged
But I will show you both versions
So there's a couple ways you can do these you can
put your hand
Turn this way you can put your hand underneath
So you're sitting on and it lays to the side. Okay, that will actually give you a stretch in your fingers as well
but if you can't
If it's not comfortable or you want something else we want to just try a different version
You can maybe not get a deeper stretch, but you can just lean out
Okay, you don't need to even have that arm under
But if you put it under
You're going to notice that you're it's kind of a dual purpose. You're working two things at once. You're stretching out
your fingers
Because you're sitting on them
Stretching out your side
Okay, so you decide
So you're just reaching out
you can't get all the way to the ground just
Start here. And again, this is going to be a very deep stretch for your neck
So you might want to start with doing the neck circles
Deep breath in and out
And
