Okay guys, good morning.
So, working on my posture, and just, it's been a long haul for me.
It's only been a couple of weeks, but I'm feeling stronger.
I want to demonstrate, you guys can just lay down on a pillow at the end of the day.
This is a great way to open up your back.
So you just lay back.
Okay, already, as soon as I did that, my neck cracked.
And you just open your arms.
You want to keep your core engaged, your glutes engaged, your legs engaged.
So to do that, you can either flex your feet or point your toes.
I like to flex because it stretches out the calves.
And then just wrap your arms around your chest, like you're reaching out on either side.
Drop the shoulders down.
And then reach out, reach, reach, reach out.
Arms up.
And switch sides.
This is going to open up in between that thoracic spine.
And then, again, bring your arms, depending on how far you can lift your arms up,
you can work on opening that shoulder blade.
Now, if you can't go all the way up, just start.
Or you can--I still have that injury from when we moved, so I'm just working on that still.
And then you can just kind of push one and the other.
So one arm goes down and one arm goes up.
And this stretches out the center of your spine.
And then switch sides.
