I hope that I'm teaching you that you don't need a lot of equipment to do the work.

But if you want to get rid of your back pain, you do have to get up off the couch and

do a little bit of stuff. So I'm just going to do a quick flow today.

So follow along if you can and

I'm going to relax and try to make your back feel better.

I will after the routine, drip over my yoga ball and do my down dog or rag doll

just to kind of stretch out my spine. But you can do those before you start the routine too.

But today I'm going to do mine at the back when I'm done. Okay so let's just lay down,

bring your feet together, let your knees open, relax, put a hand on your stomach

and one on your heart and just relax. Close your eyes, take a nice deep breath in

and a nice deep breath out.

Deep breath in

and deep breath out.

One more in and one more out.

and bring the knees together, bring your right knee to your chest, bring your left leg straight

out.

Deep breath in, you're going to twist your leg, your right leg over your body, put your

right arm out, and let's relax everything.

You may feel some adjustments as you twist, and return to the center and switch your sides.

Left leg in, deep breath, cross over.

let's do breath in, out, come back to center

and sit up
