Okay, we're going to start today's lesson with ******* pose. Just come down, take a
couple of deep breaths, relax into your body. Really want to just stretch out your spine
and just relax, deep breathing in and out. Inhale, exhale. Just allow yourself to arrive
in your body, letting go of all of that tension. And then come up into tabletop and lift up
into down dog. Push through those heels, push your shoulder blades together. Deep breath in and out.
And you can slowly relax your knees forward and backwards, getting a good stretch on that
hamstring. Deep breath in and out. Now raise your right leg up and step forward into a front lunge.
Very slowly lift all that weight up onto that front leg, arms above your head. Now you may
feel a little wobbly here, that's normal. And now we're going to lower the arms down.
And just hold that pose, deep breathing. You can kind of move your hips forward and backwards
and lower that front knee down. And stretch your arm overhead, getting a nice deep stretch in that
side meridian. And then slowly come down to front lunge. And step back to down dog. Deep breath in,
left leg up. Step through to front lunge. Again, put all that weight on your heels, slowly lift up.
And you want to squeeze that inner thigh and raise your arms over your head. Nice deep breath in and out.
