So you do it like this, take it all off like this.

So you separate it like that,

and then I take it, and it's actually really cooling.

I really suggest that everyone puts it

in their refrigerators, and you put it on like so.

Oh, it feels so good, especially after running.

And by the way, you can put this on

while you're doing what you need to do in the house,

running around, errands, cooking, on the bike.

You can do whatever you want, and then once you get it on,

you actually remove the other part of the coconut webbing,
