here and to start out with, why don't you just go ahead and lay on the floor like we
do, you know, like we do for our ab exercises and this stuff, but you don't have to put
your hands up there and I'm just going to keep them right there and everything. So your
first one is, you might want to just kind of tense up your abs. Okay. You ready? Okay,
here's how you're going to get your six packs. You're going to go, oh, you like that? I don't
