Hey there, it's Alex or Alf again with another video on exploring wet vs dry fabrics.
Welcome back!
I'm starting off in my wardrobe area for today's fashion experiment before we head
to the shower room.

I'm excited to see how two different white cotton long-sleeve shirts magically transform
from its effortless and cozy dry state to a smart and appealing wet state when water
is introduced to the cotton.
The big difference here is one of these shirts has little ridges in the fabric and the other
is smooth with little lace trims on the edges.
Will having this fabric's ridges increase the surface area and let it absorb more water?
Would a smooth fabric be more transparent because it has less surface area or would
it end up reflecting more of the light?
Let's watch and compare.
When it's dry, the cotton fabric is smooth and flexible.
The lace edges bring out a playful vibe and help create contrast with the materials.
